Golfers can choose from several seaside courses with great views:
- Dunaverty Golf Club at Southend (about 10 miles south on the B842)
- Machrihanish Golf Club (5 miles west on the B843 road)
- Machrihanish Dunes Golf Club
- Carradale Golf Club (15 miles north on the B842)
There are also good 9-hole courses on the Isle of Gigha and at Tarbert.
